Hang ten in the greenroom dude! Actually, I have only been surfing a handful of times, and for the most part, am just getting the hang of getting up on the board. It is a difficult sport to get used to with serious clique groups. It was hard for me to meet people that will help show you how to learn. Best bet is finding a place with a buddy and giving it a go, or springing for lessons.
