Monday 6/8:
Paul was putting on another Full Moon Hike. In honor of the Strawberry moon, we would be having Ice Cream Sundaes at the top of Flagstaff. I bought five packages of fresh strawberries, and five packages of fresh raspberries. Jen and I cut up three packs of strawberries, and repacked all the fruit in tupperware so they wouldn't get damaged during the hike. We then put them in coolers with ice packs to keep them nice and cool.
We met up with Paul's group and hiked up to Poet's point; with a side stop at the Flagstaff amphitheater. We had wonderful sundaes with all the trimmings and yummy fresh fruit. Hiked back down and took some pictures of the Boulder lights on the way. Thanks to all involved for a great hike, especially to Paul for organizing!
